Secret Harbor Beach Resort, St. Thomas, USVI
The first night of our spring break trip this year was spent at Secret Harbor Beach Resort in St. Thomas before heading over to St. John the next day.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with sleeper sofa, kitchen, and balcony looking out over the beach. Though we didn’t spend much time in the room, we appreciated that it was clean, spacious, and decorated tastefully.

We ate two meals at The Patio at Sunset Grille, a dinner and a breakfast. I had the tuna nachos and a painkiller for dinner. For breakfast I had a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. The food and drinks were good and the vibe and view were even better. Since a car or taxi ride is needed to reach the restaurants in Red Hook, it was great to have good food on site at the hotel.
The snorkeling at Secret Harbor Beach Resort ended up being some of the best of our trip. Due to the abundant marine life seen while snorkeling, we wished we had stayed another night or two here. I would also have liked time to explore the Red Hook area.
